Earthquake and Tsunami Warnings

The Coming Great Quake
(Scroll to the end of this article for a dated list of previous earthquakes)
The Earth cracks and is literally shifted. Houses crumble and collapse, buildings sway and fracture, Trains disappear freeways split and the overpasses fall. This is scary, indeed, and life threating with a death toll in the thousands but this is only a sampling, the greatest threat is still to come. Earthquakes of this magnitude are called Mega Quakes and what accompanies quakes of this size are also tremendous in scope and can be more life threating than the quake itself and we call this earthquake parther a tsunami created by earth shifts.
The Warning
Science has failed at being able to predict earthquakes in advance. Volcanic action is also difficult to predict but usually there is more of a warning than an earthquake. Mankind are helpless when it comes to these great events that do seem to be increasing, or at least having more of an impact on modern societies. One reason for this is the increase in populations and the increase of people moving into the great cities for employment and to gain wealth, the great cities of the coast-lands in particular.
There is one other area that is at greater risk and that is the islands, just as we see Japan, surrounded by ocean. We have seen what an unexpected earthquake can do in just minutes by looking no further than Haiti, some 200 thousand plus died from this land based earthquake. It might help to remember that islands are merely ocean floor moutain tips protuding from the surface of the water. The warning here is if you live on an Island then move, get off of that Island. It has been confirmed, Japan was moved by the 8.9 quakes 8 feet closer to the United States and the axis of the Earth was shifted by 4 inches. The point is -- if this can happen with just one Mega Quake, what will happen when it is a worldwide quake? I say again, if you live on an Island get off, move to the mainland, and once there find a place to live away from the coast, and stay out of the great cities.
Men have devised every conceivable instrument you can imagine in attempts to warn people of impending doom and have failed in this on nearly every front. There is the tsunami flotation devices place in the oceans but when you realized a tsunami wave travels at approximately 560 miles per hour that does not leave much of a warning. Earthquakes are impossible to predict, they only know of possible danger sites and Ironically these sites are the most heavily populated in almost every case. When a warning is presented it is at the time of the event, everything before that is a guess.
When the worldwide quake hits, islands will disappear, mountains will be brought low and valleys raised. The human death toll will lead mankind to curse the Creator and to curse their gods. Our God and Savior has given us the ultimate warning. It is not a matter of "if" but when and we are warned. If the warning is ignored but that does not change what is to come. Humans are a funny lump of clay, it is amazing how many people when warned ignore the warning even when a neighbor bangs on the door screaming, "Get to high ground - Tsunami, tsunami". We are see evidence of this as reports come out of Japanese towns along the coasts. We have seen this denial when New Orleans was struck and we will see it again.
Prepare yourselves brothers and sisters, think ahead, pray to our Heavenly Father to give you the wisdom for such thoughts. Don't be surprised when people ignore you or think you are over-reacting or just nuts. We have been given a heads up and even if it turns out we are not to witness this coming Great Quake of worldwide proportions we will have improved our life style and our health. Look at those poor souls that have suffered these lesser events, had any of them heed the warning they would have saved their own lives, wouldn't they? So, this warning is not just for the "end-times".
Japan is a warning to us, as believers in the Living Word, and we should heed that warning. Certainly there has been other such events but nothing so elaborate and to such a modern people skilled in all thing made by the "hands of men". They have been struck by an Mega Quake, and then a Tsunami of immense proportions and now the nuclear reactors failing. This small island is a mini view of what we will one day see as a worldwide event. I can Say this without seeing a vision, without having a dream, without claiming I hear the voice of God. I can say this merely by believing the written words of our God and Savior, YaHshua.
(Rev 6:12-14)
And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
We need to watch Japan closely, it is a modern society with a people of high culture and well educated, a society braced for earthquakes. We can learn from them as concerning their recovery. How fast will they turn this great lose around. This will give us some idea as to how future man will recoup from the worldwide quake to come. Please read the three articles I had previously published at this site for more information and a biblical view of times to come. Great Quake At www.Yahshuaservant.com
