Gospel for Teens
In a world turned upside down -- earthquakes, tsunami, and floods a light shines through. Recently 60 Minutes air a segment on Gospel For Teens, founder and teacher Vy Higginsen -- what a light, what a wonderful hope and what beautiful music -- Praise Yah.
Gospel For Teens is not the only people doing some good things but at times like these where it seems there is not good news, the Arab nations going berserk, and Japan death toll continues to rise, and what about Haiti? Haiti, the lost Island, covered over and lost in the latest news, and then it surfaces that much of the money donated by kind hearts was squandered, lost or stolen, and no one is held accountable. Seems like a waste and it definitely put the lid on free will giving to help the people of Haiti -- still there are those still hanging in there doing what they can to help.
Just when you set your heart against the corruption up pops something like Gospel For Teens and the world is right again, just for a moment, but still that is a good moment, and inspiring moment.
Let's take a little time out to realize how much we need the Messiah to shake things up and help us to have a world with more things like Gospel for Teens. Imagine a world full of wonderful, inspiring music coming from the lips of our children. Learning to sing, learning music, praising our Creator -- Learning war no more.
Just a small, wonderfully bright light in the darkness. Thank you Vy for your dedication to saving, not only the music but the kids too.
