I think we should all pray for world peace.

I think Jesus put an end to God's laws.

I think the Bible is all symbolic.

I think the Old Testament is old and the New Testament is new.

I think God wants us to be rich and have lots of stuff.

I think President Obama was born in Africa

I think the U.S. Government is building camps to imprision citizens

Do you see where I'm heading with this? What do you think? Everyone has an opinion but does it count? We should not be so quick to tell others what we THINK. Our thoughts on important subjects should be bassed on the Word of the Living God and our Savior, YaHshua. If we can get in the habit of thinking about what He thinks we will then be making righteous judgements according to His thoughts, not ours. When one begins to tell others what they think, more often than not, they begin to speculate about things already determined by our Savior and we stand in danger of having a contrary opinion.

I think gays are no more sinful than hetrosexuals, and have a right to express themselves as they see fit. This, of course, is not the opinion of God and we know that because it is plain from the Scriptures sodomy is is a grievous sin and is not condoned by our God and this then should be our opinion too.

There is another kind of the I think syndrome and that is making statements not base in real facts. This is a form of gosip, shich the Word of God condemns. Gospis helps spread dangerous words that can cause some mentally challenge people of go off the deep end. This is fertile soil for "cult" feeding on fear. The fear mongers make money, lots of money keeping the unbalanced off balance in support of their outragous claims and twisting ot the facts for their hate speach and deceptive talk.

The next time you hear yourself saying, I Think, take a step back, listen to what you are about to say and pull you thoughts back to the "Words of God". Listen, we are not talking about what you think about a color you are chooing for a room. But think, when selecting clothing to wear, do you think what you are about to put on is decent in a modest taste, or do you think it doesn't matter. You had better think twice, especially when it comes to doctrinal issues, issues our Heavenly Father and Savior have already made their opinions known. When they say we are not good but you or someone else says, I think man is basiclly good, then you have missed the mark. What you think? I don't think so! And how do I know? Because the bible tells me so --

(Isa 64:6) But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

(Mat 19:17) And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good?there isnone good but one,that is,God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

(Gen 6:5) And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Sounding familar? Most know and have heard how the "end days" are to become as the days of Noah but not many have considered how it really was in the days if Noah -- Only 8 survived a world so corrupted that all mankind could think was to do evil continually.

So, what do you think? Are you willing to see what our Creator and our Savior thinks first? Certainly nothing wrong with having an opinion if you can at least try to base that opinion on the Word. There sisn't anything wrong in using your mind to think with but try thining like God -- Oh, yes, that's what many do, they begin to toss the Word of God out and do their own thinking, the become gods in their own small way. When you say, "I think", first think about what He might think, hat did He teach, what does His words say, what did His Apostles teach. Our Savior continually told us that He was saying things He had received from our Heavenly Father. He witnessed to Himslef and His Father was the second Witness that what He spoke was the truth and we should try to do the same, speaking His word along with our words, His toughts along with our thoughts. When we judge we judge by His words, His judgments not ours.

I personally think this is good advice -- what do you think?
