End of the World?

I admit it, yes I do, I was nearly caught off guard by this latest announcement (warning?) of the coming Judgment.  Of course, it is too late for you and me and this date is not the date of the End of the World,. no, that is reserved for October 2011.  The May 21 date is when the Rapture will occur, according to the nuts making all this up.

I have gone the the web sites promoting this stuff and see the only good thing is we do not have to wait long for the proof of their error and their deception is revealed.  Our Savior, YaHshua, told us no one would know -- well, let's let Him tell us --

(Mat 24:36)But of that day and hour knoweth noman,no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Pretty plain, if you as me, and how do they justify this?  They don't.  All that is being accomplished here is making anyone saying they believe in the Holy Bible of the Hebrews and the Christians are all nuts, all duped, all stupid and silly.  The believers in the written word are once again going to receive a black eye from all of this.  The verse just quoted is recoded having come from our Savior's own lips, "...of that day .." and what do we see with these people?  They ignore YaHshua's words for their own.

I have but one great fear and I hope it does not happen --  some the deceived devoted to this false teaching locking themselves up somewhere and committing suicide to guarantee they are Raptured.  This would not be the first time people have been so deceived, I pray this does not happen, and that they suffer only disappointment.  Maybe this will wake some of them up.  History has proven that the leaders of such failures usually begin re-dating right away, as though they have other dates and dating methods for game plan "B" and "C" as plan "A" falls apart.

Yes, my friends, this too will fail.  Some of the people sucked into this farce are well meaning but I can't help thing those behind this kind of thing know exactly what they are doing -- or -- they are really being used as agents of Satan.  There, I said, Satan, alive and well, using his evil spirits to influence gullible man. 

Take care, my friends and protect yourself with the pure word of our God and of our Savior and of His Apostles.  They have left us all that needs to be said.  We can write about it, discuss it, study it, and believe it but always it is His and not ours so we need to take care in how we use the words left for us as our guide and for an aide in our growth.  The Holy Bible is finished and our Savior and Creator have said all they need to say to us and humanity.  To step outside of these words to foster some desire or false hope not in accordance to the Word is just wrong.  There is not true prophet that will say anything contradicting this written word. 

The Apostles and our Savior, before the New Testament was put together, were expounding upon the Old Testament and they never step out of line.  There is even and example in the Apostle's writings demonstrating a prophet of the new church being ignored -- rejected, not in a harsh way but all the same, ignored.  Do not put present day, self proclaimed prophets in place of the Word.  You can ignore them if you wish, as did Paul. 

There is a place for prophets but this is a low degree, or should be, among the faithful. 

(1Co 14:4-6) He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church. I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying. Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?

Here we see that to prophecy is placed will above speaking in "tongues", and that "tongues" is of no value unless it is by "revelation", or "knowledge", or "prophecy" or "doctrine".  So, we see a place for "prophecy" but it is not recognized as a primary position within the Church of YaHshua, unless it is accompanied by revelation, knowledge and doctrine, all of these are understood by the revelation of scripture to you, of knowledge by your study of the word and by understanding the doctrine you need to set your life style by and prophecy found in the Holy Bible.  There is no new revealtion, no new prophecy, no new knowledge, not until our Svior comes and established the Kindgdom for now we see things as in a fog and not clearly --

(1Co 13:12) For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. (darkly, as in a riddle, not clearly understood)

Is this the outcome of what these false prophets do and say?  Is their prophecy one of "encouragement and comfort"?

More could be written on this but I have already done some work on "False Prophets".  Still, for some reason, people really like to put self-proclaimed prophets on some kind of spiritual pedestal as thought they are speaking for our Creator.  If you want to hear His words, as delivered to some real Prophets then read you Bible.

As you can see, False Prophet Camping is accustom to setting dates.  I am not picking on Camping as the only false prophet and He is not the only one pushing this false vision but he does seem to be the prinicple originaltor of this.  We will all see the truth of this soon.  One thing these false prophets have learned, those believing in them are not easily turned away even after the prophecy of their teachings fail and History proves this out.  The biggest example for us today is the Jehovah's Witnesses, their founder kept moving the date for the arrival of the Messiah back and while some did leave this prophet the work itself grew into what it is today.  It is up to you, as an idividual, to protect yourself in the knowledge of His Word so you will not be blinded by false promises.  We don't have to mention the Mormons as they have rewritten scripture the Aposltes of the Messiah and of His people Israel gave to us by intorducing their own writings claiming they were deliverd by an angel.  Mohammad was before Joseph Smith, however, in rewriting Scripture already written.

There is a mini rewriting taking place in the "new age" Evangelical style churches of today -- mostly among the tongues speakers.  Some of the assaults on the Holy scripture are truly alarming and ignorant.  Still people flock to these charlatans running head long toward the flames of destruction.  Mark your calendar, May 21, 2011 and do not be disappointed if you are still here.
